deerkiller's comment may seem sarcastic, but he speaks the truth. I have hunted central Utah several years and the turkey population is really growing. Scout around canyons with water and roosting trees and you'll see that the birds can be found in many areas. The only other issues you'll face will be weather during your hunt and other hunting pressure. Best of luck!!
 
To clarify, I assumed when you said "central" you meant central UT. I have zero experience hunting turkeys outside of UT.

99% of this website is Utah. I'm pretty sure most don't even know there is section for each state especially the Utah folks.

Sorry to be negative but that is why I rarely ever look or post anymore and my friends have done the same.
