A week ago I had several guns stolen by a person that had access to my home. This person disappeared last week. We have found out that this person and another went to Arizona. Here are a list of the guns that were stolen.

#1 Ruger SR22 pistol dark earth and black.

#2 Smith And Wesson Model 28 Highway patrolman 357 mag with a 6" barrel and Pacmyer grips.

#3 H&R model 700 22 mag with Bushnell scope and Maybe a Harris Bipod

#4 Savage 110 Tactical .223 Rem. It has a Nikon 4.5-12x40 scope. The Harris bipod might be on this one too.

#5 Weatherby Orion 20 gauge over and under.

Well you know him idahoron, how bout a name, pic, vehicle description.

If the person you believe took them lived locally then they were probably sold locally before he ever left for Arizona.

So get it out on social media and check local pawn shops and gun shops. Along with notifying Law Enforcement.

You honestly think I would not have all that done? All that has been done. The police alerted me that they went to Arizona. They do think that the guns were taken to Arizona.

Idahoron,
Coueswhitetail.com would be a good place to list what was stolen it is an Arizona hunting site & lots of good guys on there. Just a thought to help get the word out!! Hope you recover your stuff. I hate thiefs!!!

Idahoron, since you know this person. Does he have a drug habit? If so there is two likely places he will sell the guns. One will be to a pawn shop for some quick cash. Hopefully you were able to provide serial numbers in the police report. If so, make sure the officer that took the report submits a copy to the police agency where your suspect may have went too if you know that location.
They can compare the list against pawn shop records for firearms purchase.
The other place, if he is a druggie, he will trade the guns off to a drug dealer for dope. During my law enforcement career, I recovered numerous stolen guns from raids on drug dealers that took the guns in trade for dope. The most I recovered at one raid was 32 guns stacked in a corner of the drug dealer's hallway. Only 4 of the guns were listed as stolen due to the owner being able to provide serial numbers in the police report.
By going though numerous reports of thefts, I was able to return 3-4 more guns to the owners after they identified the guns as their stolen property.

I had numbers descriptions and some I had pictures of. Actually I am not sure if She has a drug problem but I do know her boyfriend does. She most likely does too. I know that right after she got them they both went to Arizona. I am assuming that my guns were traded for dope and then the dope brought back to Idaho. I am thinking they will keep the hand guns somewhere here. I bet the long guns are out of state.
