I like hearing the NR drew a bunch of tags. Because I'm a NR! We feel the same during our super raffle tags in az. One person from az wins one or two tags a year and the other 13 or so go to NR.

What do you mean? I know I had to have a utah license and had to pay $5 per ticket if that's what you meant? Not Sure how we couldnt follow the rules.

What I was trying to get at is ......is it a fair draw. I hunt in different states , as I can, and therefore have no ill feelings for nr's that hunt in my state. Hunting is a wonderful privilige and just like life we all have different access to certain things.
