Looks like one more Government restriction all because some people can't police themselves.

I hate to say it but Utah needs to follow. Utah is going to get pounded by shed others from the adjoining states. It will be bad.

It's an issue called "Tragedy of the Commons." Google it.

When you monitize a natural resource it always ends in more regulations. People can pick up sheds and make money off them. Quite a bit of money too if you're good at it.

What I hate most about this law is the fact that it hurts the honest guy and benefits the dishonest guy. Why make a law that is almost impossible to enforce. For every one guy they catch, there will be 50 or more getting away with it, while the honest guy is home waiting for May 1.

Wyoming had to make their law because of Utards and if you read the article Nevada is doing the same because of Utards.

I hope Utah gets absolutely flooded with shed hunters from other states.

No its because dumbasses like you that whine about everything. Govt has to regulate everything its BS. all this does is hurt the honest guys and reward the dishonest guys cause they do it anyway. then the honest guys dont find anything cause all the DA people cheated... it happend in iutah last year. i waited to go out. the day it opened i headed out and every where i went had been pounded... i didnt find but one shed last year. ITs a joke and it odesn tneed more regulations just like gun laws it will never stop the criminals.
