Looking for Info on Nightforce Mounts/Rail Mount combo?

My Rifle is a Remington 700 Long Action that has been Drilled & Re-Tapped for the Larger 8-40 Base/Rail Screws!

Will a Nightforce Scope Direct Mount - Remington 700 LA 20 MOA 30mm 1.125" - A105 work with the Larger 8-40 Screws?

The Scope is gonna be a Nightforce C522 SHV 4-14-56!

Is 1.125 enough Rise for the 56mm Objective to Clear My Barrel?

If the Nightforce Direct Mount A105 will not Work with the 8-40 Screws?

I Guess I'll have to go with a Nightforce A135 Rail that does allow the use of the 8-40 screws!

Then I'll Need a Nightforce Unimount!

But I'm not sure which Model/Height of Unimount I Need?

I want the 56mm objective on the Scope to clear the Barrel of course, but I don't want to go any Higher than I need to!

Any Help is Appreciated & Thanks!

Get he NXS...

I have the 20moa rail and LOW (.885) 30mm steel rings mounted on a 700 action, Brux #5 contour, with a 56mm NXS and have no scope contact (A112 and A117).

So Bob?

Your 56mm is clearing even with the 'LOW' Rings?

I have the same scope 5x22x56. Same 700 action, #4 contour, a208 style rings and 20 moa base. Never saw a low option on midway. Started at medium .334, high .455, extra high.700, extreme .830....

Working on a new recipe for stw...A new to me, having to turn necks on this one with a 313 neck chamber! Excited to run some heavier bullets.
You shooting the accubonds? Thinking of trying a different bullet.
