Ah, but don't fret too much 'cause you'll still be able to draw a tag 2, 3 or 4 years in a row or 3 out of 5 or 6 years!!!!

That could be gut-wrenching if a guy/cat was to pull, let's say, a San Juan early elk tag and a Zion Desert Bighorn tag in the same year

It's hard to say for sure, but probably. Why would you waste $5 on a turkey tag which you can buy OTC, when you might get a Desert Bighorn tag for the same application fee?

(BTW, whom do you consider to be nimrods?)
