Need help for a Utah Moose tag holder

If anyone can get me some info I have a older gentleman who drew a Utah Moose tag and we have not been able to locate a decent bull. Any info would greatly be appreciated. The unit is the Manti/Wasatch unit. Thanks.

But you are seeing smaller bulls? Cows? The rut should bring the big ones out.
