i know they just went through a hard issue with the founder losing his life but man it has taken them almost a month to issue a refund and i still have not seen the money, it takes them 10 minutes to remove it from ur account but refund hah crock crap....

I just returned a couple of items and my refund was processed within one day of them receiving the items back. It took paypal a couple of days to send the refund back to my bank account.....no problem here with KUIU.

never had any issues with refunds from them. a buddy just did a couple refunds with them and it was processed in a day. id call them again and talk to them. somethings up.

I never went the kuiu route for the clothing line cause they never have what I need in stock! The only bino harness that I like for my swaro 15's they make and the gaiters are 2nd to none!

I've had some problems with their refund process some times but usually if I call, maybe it just reminds them, but it gets taken care of immediately. Have you contacted them again?

What did customer service or their accounting department tell you when you called after week 1, week 2, week 3, and week 4?

I sent back a pair of Gaiters on Oct 1. According to them they received them back on the 12th. I called today and Kuiu said they are still processing Oct 5th returns. A long delay has always been the case for me with them.
