Well, I guess I will just start off with a little about myself. Right now I am 15 years old but am turning 16 in July, and hunting is LITERALLY my life. I daydream about it all day at school, check these forums at night, and dream about getting the chance about a big mule deer buck all night long. I started hunting about 3 years ago, shot a 2 point buck my first year, shot a whitetail doe the next year, and last year I shot a doe by myself up at arrowrock. I definitely worked hard for a dang doe! Well to start off this 2011 hunting season, I started bowhunters ed and finished it a couple of weeks ago. About last week I took my bow out to the desert and got my first kill with my bow, A GROUND SQUIRREL! I shot 3 with my bow that day and I was pretty proud of myself. A few days later, on Saturday to be exact. I went out to the same spot with my best buddy and our .22's and we slayed them that day! Shot more than 25! But we have 19 of them in a picture.

Well it was sure a fun Sunday! I woke up around 8, and my buddy called and wanted to go shoot some ground squirrels. I would never deny that offer! We got out to where we go shoot squirrels, and they were EVERYWHERE! I was on fire too. I would see one, shoot it, then another one would pop up and I'd shoot it too. Which isn't very easy with an open sight single shot .22. I just couldn't seem to miss! When I got back home I decided I wanted to go shoot my bow, and today I sighted a couple of my pins in and shot over 20 yards for the first time, and didn't do too bad.
