This is why I love africa! no ethics police. No morality judges! Noone in the back ground to try and prove to everyone that they are better than you.

When I went to africa the entire month of June my 2 year old sone and 4 year old daughter, both who haven't passed hunter safety and can't read, both shot an impala and a warthog. They sat in my lap. I aimed the gun, and they pulled the trigger. Heck, my two year old sat in my lap when I shot my bush pigs and he swears to this day that he shot all 3 of those bush pigs.

Here's the picture my wife took in africa of my son helping me drag his impala back to the truck. the impala was 100 yards away and when I jumped out to go get him my 2 foot tall 27 lb son took it upon himself to bail out of the back of the truck from which we were shooting from, yes we were shooting from a truck from a road (OH MY!). When I got to his impala he was right next to me. He ran the whole way screaming "I shot a big one!" I quickly grabbed the impalas horns and started dragging him to the truck. My son took it upon himself to grab the other horn and help me drag it all the way to the truck. He was just jabbering about how he shot that impala right in the neck the whole time. He was so proud!

So here it is. The picture I have been hunting an entire life time to get. I'm gonna blow this sucker up in a big way and remember that day for the rest of my life!

Nothing can replace those memories. Congrats! My 82 year old grandpa shot a 23" 4x4 muley and me and my dad were there and it is one of my most cherished memories. Might not be a trophy to anyone but us but it is and will always be one of my favorite hunting experiences.

Great story and pic's Tony! What a great way to spend time with your family. I just signed on with Werner for 2013. Kevin will be hunting leopard, another friend will probably hunt buffalo. I am going to take my wife, kids, and my dad.

He will probably be retired then so I am taking him Kudu hunting!

Congrat's again!!

those are the best African trophy pics I've ever seen posted. 1000X better than any big sable, leopard, ele bull, dagga boy or otherwise.
I cannot wait until I take my 4yr old. She's ready for sure!

Great pics and memories, my man. Being a daddy has turned me into a big softy when it comes to getting those little dudes in the field. It's awesome!
