Just wanted to let everyone know that there are plenty of leftover Arizona juniors tags for javelina.
Just go to the AZ G&F website, www.azgfd.gov and follow prompts to see what units and how many tags are available.
Need more incentive to get your son/daughter a tag?
From now till January 15th 2013, parents who call me (928-303-9481) who has a young hunter with a JUNIORS rifle tag in either Unit 16A (hunt # 5036) or Unit 18B (hunt # 5037), I'll put their name in a hat and draw out one name on January 15 at 8 p.m. and that lucky child and a parent will go on a three day javelina hunt for free with me and my guys. The hunt will be from January 25, 26, 27. In the past we have had 100% shooting opportunity for juniors hunters in both units!
This is no joke, and not a solicitation for business. Its just my way of giving back to the sport I am passionate about and a cause we all firmly believe in!
Tags are available for resident and non-resident youth alike. Right now there are 37 juniors tags available in Unit 16A (hunt #5036) and 49 tags available for the 18B hunt, (hunt # 5037) and they are issued first come first serve at any G&F office or through the US mail.
You get a tag, call me and we'll get your son/daughter in the free draw!
