My boys first archery buck

My 15 year old son went out this morning and with a little advice and coaching from his old man took his first archery buck. He had saved his money this summer and bought this sweet Hoyt bow. One 43 yard shot and it was all over but the wait.

The cape on that deer is stunning. The kind of cape a taxidermist would use for a show mount. Congrats.

Great buck! My first archery buck had a spread that would be close to the spread of your buck's eye guards!!
