"Winter Conditions (North Central , North East Wyoming) Question ?"

Hello , I'm a first time poster just so you all know. Hate to admit it but I'm stuck being from Iowa , for now ! With that being said I've hunted Wyoming mule deer since 1992 with family and friends. Up until this last summer my folks lived in Wyoming but my father passed away due to cancer. So with that loss I also lost my eyes , ears , and all my information as to how things are going out there. Just wondering if there's looking to be any big winter kills say from the Bighorns back East to the Black Hills area ? I know the story farther west into Idaho isn't very good as I have a ton of family over there. Thank you much.

That's where I should have posted this , still learning the site. I did read probably a hundred posts about western , south western , and northwestern Wyoming but couldn't find anything from the Bighorns back east. Just one generalized region report from the game and fish.
