Hi guys it's a little slow on here now so thought I would show my 2015 CO buck I just got back. I think it turned out beautiful!

THANKS guys! I think it's my favorite mount at the moment, but seems like our newest one is always our favorite:)

Hell Yes! Awesome mount brother!

eyeguards! Awesome looking mount...

>idea on the score?

Thanks guys! No idea what he scores some of my friends have asked the same thing. Only a heavy 3 on one side so I didn't think he would score much but getting him back and seeing him again he's an impressive deer as in mass, tall, and eyegards.

What do you think he would gross?

Very nice! However, I would point out one thing I don't like...

The location on your wall looks to be in direct sunlight. This is not good for a mount! Not to mention the antlers will get bleached slightly as well. Just a word of caution...

Dean didn't give himself enough credit for this deer. He was hunting a non hyped unit, took only a few points to draw and he hunted his butt off the entire season. If I remember, he killed this buck on the last day of second season. I see tons of posts giving advice to hunt more, instead of saving up tons of points. Here is an example of what can be done, by a guy who worked his arse off. Great job on this deer,

Rich

Thanks Rich, and yes I did get him on the last day! It was hard to tough it out the full 9 days after messing up on one bigger but my wife made me stay :)

I agree hunt more rather than waiting, this was a second season tag and easier to draw. But I have to admit 3rd in the same unit was better being a little later.
