I'm looking to purchase a land owner tags from world wide trophy adventure in Utah down the road from park city. What are your thoughts or any experience purchasing tags from them I was told should have no problem killing 170-180 bucks.

"no problem killing 170-180 bucks," would make me walk away. Not that there might not be bucks like that in there, but skill (and some degree of luck) plays a role in killing mature bucks, not just them being there. Seems like a pretty loose promise.

What else were you told? What unit? Public or big private ranch to hunt?
You need more details than what you told us

There are good bucks on the unit so 170-180 is definitely doable. Hunt date could help or hurt.

The same man that owns this website owns Lone Tree Taylor Hollow CWMU.

I have no idea if these deer were all shot on the Taylor Hollow ranch but you could call and ask.

If one dry boot's family owns the CWMU, I'm probably incorrect. The DWR site lists the contract for the Lone Tree Taylor Hollow as Kirk Richins, Richins does own the website I listed above, I assumed he must own the CWMU as well. I should have gathered more info before I shot off my mouth. Sorry.

You are correct, 2lumpy. My brother in law only owns part of the land in the CWMU. Richins own the other and probably a few other landowners.

Kirk Richins is not the owner of the R & K hunting company. He only shares a last name.

Yep, R&K does not run this CWMU. They have bought tags on Lone Tree in the past and had clients hunt it with the landowner.
I doubt any of the bucks on R&K website came from Lone Tree.
Also you should have a good hunt with Nov dates. 170-180 is not unrealistic.
