NEPHEW DREW PIW DEER-13YR OLD

Guys--my lucky azz 13 year old nephew drew the freaking PIW statewide Nevada Deer tag.
We will focus on the Muzzy & Rifle hunts.
I drew unit 081 back in 1995, I noticed this hunt has Nov/Dec hunt dates. Are they still killing the big boys up there ?
Also, I noticed the Great Basin State Park has a new late rifle hunt in the End of Nov. How about this unit ?

We got the southern units covered on opening Muzzy.

Would love to see this kid kill a 200 buck. May be his only opportunity. It will be 30-40 years before he draws a bonus point hunt!!!! Then again, he drew the FREAKING NV PIW first time applying...
Dam I'm jealous!!!!

Pick a unit and go have fun teach him the right way to hunt and get a trophy that he wants not what's going to get him on the cover of a magazine not even realizing what he just did. Teach our youth to enjoy hunting and be happy with a well earned good trophy not the most inches per dollar!

From what I see online a 200" Nevada buck is very rare

Look at 221-223, late. They extended it a couple of days this year.

Plus it's been the hardest to draw deer tag in Nevada for some time.
