Colorado 62

Looking at drawing unit 62 in Colorado for deer 3rd season. Ive heard mixed things on the unit. Never hunted the unit before, wanting to kill a good buck. Wondering what the unit is like and if it still holds good deer. Any info would be much appreciated.

I picked up a returned tag for that season 2 years ago. There are a lot of deer in that unit, but it will be tough to shoot a big buck. Lots of deer had already moved to private. Ending up shooting a small 4x4 on the last weekend. Way more hunters than I anticipated. I did see one monster on opening day but could not connect. I applied for that tag for this season with 3 points.

I have heard it is a decent unit for deer, but I have always avoided it because it is OTC for elk and since it is next to 61, there are LOTS of elk hunters hoping to find a stray from 61
