Thinking of something different!!

Ok, I didn't draw anything worth talking about this year nor did I expect to. with that said I was thinking of hunting a OTC archery tag for Muley's in a state Ive never hunted before..Nebraska or South Dakota. No need for a huge buck other than a great hunt. Anyone have any advice or can share anything on those states?

My daughter didn't draw anything last year and I only had a doe antelope tag.

So, we made last minute plans and headed to South Dakota.

We bought her a youth tag and she killed a doe in the first evening there. Fall River County.

We spent the next few days fishing, and seeing the sights. Was an absolute blast.

We camped at a state park.

To need the archery course and have to buy the license and have it mailed to you. It's not really over the counter.

We had plans for this year if we didn't draw anything, but we have three tags this year and are staying home.
