2017 General Season Deer

LAST EDITED ON Aug-04-18 AT 06:36PM (MST)[p]Here is a picture of the deer I harvested last October on the general season deer hunt. I jumped this deer over labor day weekend while scouting for my dads elk hunt. My boys and I happen to run into him on the opening morning of the hunt, not far from where we had seen him in September. Best part of the hunt I had my two older boys with me. I've waited a long time for one to put on the wall. This was such a special hunt. Great memories!

That looks like a really good Buck. I wish I would have seen one that good on my Arizona strip hunt. I would say he's a shooter anywhere.

Great buck and a big congrats. Hope to hear the full story in magazine. The buck and the fact that your sons were with you sure make it magazine worthy.
