LAST EDITED ON Sep-03-18 AT 06:57AM (MST)[p]I downloaded from internet this year. The buck is well known around Carson City. This past Spring, some guy tracked him in a neighborhood where he frequents and recovered his sheds from under a tree on a lawn and on a sidewalk. This shot is the latest I've seen.

Great bucks. Nevada always grows some toads. What unit did the top buck come from? The Carson buck must know where to hide to avoid the late season archers.

Here's another big buck, incredibly another Carson City town buck that fellow MMer D6native sent me for posting. He's not as neat as the King: pretty gnarly and ugly rack. Maybe "the Jester of Carson City"? ;-)

Sorry but this last buck in the thread looks like my kid cut out a picture from a magazine and glued it to a photo of someone's yard.

I could be way off but kinda looks like JAWS when he crashed into the aquarium.

I sent the other picture to Pete, it's a poor quality cell phone picture of the buck in crappy light but there's no denying it's the same deer and not a Photoshop trick .

Sometimes it's hard to believe the antler growth pattern is not photoshopped or otherwise altered. Here is that other pick of the gnarly buck, although it is out-of-focus.

Here are a couple of other hard-to-believe freaks:

A buck in velvet w/a hard antler attached:

(I can see why one would be skeptical though)
