Hey guys I've been doing alot of research on non-resident rifle muke deer hunts. I talked to a guy from south dakota gane and fish and he helped alot. He explained about how I can purchase preference points. My new question is what the difference between west river deer and west river special buck. Also what other preference points should I purchase in surrounding states such as wyoming or Colorado. I'm not asking for your secret homely hole or anything. I'm just trying to learn the basics. I dont want to miss out on preference points if they will help me get my boots on the ground next season
