Anyone hunt 13B AZ? My wife just got a tag with less than 2 wks til the hunt.

Hoping to chat with anyone who may have hunted this unit in the past. She just got the call yesterday afternoon and we have less than 2 wks to the hunt. She didn't want to pass on the tag because she may never draw it again. this is truly a awesome opportunity. We have 2 chitlins attending a university so we probably can't afford a high price guided hunt. Maybe scouting info package if an outfitter offers it though...

Damn lol, don't know anything about the area, and I'll probably never get to hunt it , but I sure hope ya get that figured out. Someone should be of help I would hope!! Good luck and hope to hear some good results..

Horn growth is way off this year, I am sure that's the reason tags are getting turned back.

Hunted 13b twice and 13a once. The strip is huge country. I would at least try and get a scouting package at minimum.

I would call one of the following guides and see if they offer one.

We opted for a DIY hunt. It was a pretty short hunt for us. Found a hot doe on Thursday evening and went back in the AM. Found her buck and a few others but he was the heaviest and largest frame. She thought about passing him as we watched them for a couple hours but then decided to take him. She made a great shot at 270 yards and he was done. He is a big 3x4 with great eye guards. The is a pic on CWT but i don't know how to post a pic here??? I tried the link above but it didn't work out.
Met some good people up there and had a great time. She was very blessed to get that call.
