Just joined MM two nights ago and am I ever glad I did. I'll be heading up this weekend for four days' worth of scouting and I now have some great ideas about where to be focusing my efforts.

A super site with a lot of friendly members, and enough pictures to get the adrenaline pumping - I hope to add mine within a couple weeks!

South of Eagle / Gypsum. Sunny weather forecast should make for a challenging hunt. Met a third season hunter up here last weekend whe had spent 14 days without seeing the > 180
he wanted.

Gofastr: Good luck, hope you get a giant. I have enough points to draw a 3rd season tag there next year but most people I talk to are saying 3rd is very iffy. Will pm you later.

Unit 44 fourth season on leftover? How does that happen? Given the weather I woulda handed mine back in day before if it was still possible to do so and recover points.
Anyway, passed on two decent bucks yesterday - if I haven't found the beast by Saturday illl prolly go back for one of those. Rut seems to be pretty strong. I though one of those two bucks was going to charge me for getting too close to his girls!
