I was one of the lucky ones that drew these units and am looking for any info for a starting point. Thanks

S60 has access issues and usually requires a trespass fee onto a couple of the ranches that sheep frequent. As for S5 I have seen sheep usually a mile to 2 miles up Beaver Creek which can be accessed thru Beaver Creek SWA. I know people who hike down from Skaguay Reservoir and follow Beaver Creek down to the SWA and they see sheep occasionally. I would contact Al Vellajo who you can do a Google search and he has some ties to S60. Also try the Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society and may find someone more familiar with the area. Good luck!

Thanks for the info ColoradoRam! I've never been to these units but I'm anxious to get down there and start scouting. I live on the western slope.
Just curious, have you seen any big rams in that country?

Hi Gadget, I drew that tag this year 2019 any advice for finding the bigger rams ? I've located a bunch of ewes and small rams.
Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you

My advice is keep watching all those ewes a big ram could show up any min!
