I drew cow bison for book cliffs and was wondering if anyone thats hunted it and can tell me what to expect. I was wondering if finding animals on your own is easy or best to get an outfitter please share your experience if you've hunted it thanks

I drew the bison cow tag thus year at the Hunt Expo. Did you hunt? How was it?

Hello everyone

Anybody hunt bison in the Bookcliffs Bittercreek unit? I drew a cow tag at the expo and I'm wondering if I need a guide or not? Thanks for the help

No guide needed. A capable 4x4, some good glass and basic hunting knowledge is all you’ll need.
