In an uncommon move, the Zion National Park Director has actually agreed to consider cooperating with the Utah DWR in transplanting some of the sheep out of the park to other locations via helicopter. The purpose is to keep the healthy and growing sheep population in check so it does not crash, like many others have done.
Obviously many will oppose because having helicopters flying in a park will disturb their experience, etc.
