83 gross? I wouldn't give the wife a bullet to kill him @ 150 yards the first day, 10 minutes into the hunt. After looking at pix that night, I made a mistake. Thought she was going to kill me that evening. Found him next day couldn't get him into a position for a stalk. Think slightly inclined 1 mile square pool table top. Watched him 4.5 hours until dark. Yesterday AM found him on barren hillside. Watched him 2.5 hours until a steady wind came up. Relocated 2.5 miles downwind and made the stalk. Had him at 100 yards looking at the wife on sticks, trying to figure out what we were. Done deal.

Thanks all for the comments. He is 16.75 x 17.25, 5.5 inch prongs, 19 on mass/side. Really unique, once in a lifetime type speedgoat! Wife was thrilled upon harvest... quite displeased I would not let her initially shoot him! But hey, the hunt is everything!
