After 20 years it was finally my turn to hunt a Utah Rocky. I had talked with Coby Hunt off and on for several years and we spent 2 of the best days i have ever had in the mountains around Green River. Coby hunts and guides for all the right reasons. He knows sheep and that country better than anyone alive and is dedicated, friendly, incredibly hardworking and a pleasure to be around. He was patient as i tried to keep up and that is not an easy task as he is part billy goat. He didn't try to talk me into or out of a ram. I wanted a heavy base ram that still had lamb tips and this ram fit the bill for me perfectly. I would not trade my sore legs and sore back for any other hunt. Thank you Coby Hunt. I would recommend him for any hunt anywhere and feel i have made a lifelong friend!
Halfway to a slam.......

Congrats Berg on a nice ram .I put a thread on the Utah form I have 22 points and I'm not sure what to do.Every bodies is tell me to wait a few years because the sheep are getting pneumonia and the quality is down. Im just wondering what your thoughts were and I would like to talk to Cody Hunt.If you could give me his number or email I would surely appreciate it. Thanks Arns
