Colorado 80-81 Pronghorn???

Ready to dump my points I have plenty and am thinking about one of these units anybody have any experience there it would be DIY public rifle....

Appreciate any info good bad indifferent...

Hello Ted-- I missed your message the 1 st go round here on MM. I've never hunted these areas before, but My guess is there are some good bucks in there since I doubt they get hit hard by hunters, the winters & droughts another thing. My only experience in Colorado was in unit south iof Walden 10 years ago. Found a very good buck my wife had that tag for-- he netted 84 B & C, but I spent 2 weeks there looking over every place I could find. Lots of time spent ahead of season. The winters have really hit that area hard !!

I am starting to save the antelope points here in Colorado. I lived in Cheyenne for 10 years before moving here in '16. Would you mind letting me know about those areas you hunt in that area ? I know zero-- never been there. I have hunted many units in Wyoming over last 40 years-- I am an antelope nut period. Would be glad to assist with info on Wy antelope units anytime. Hope you get the tags you want this year ! I am tossing 13 points at 61 elk 2 nd rifle this year & hope the drought has broken-- last year was awful per the reports!
