Hope you all get as big a kick out of this as I do. I went back to Dubois specifically to find this one animal. This is absolutely the finest Rocky Mt. Bighorn I have ever seen on the winter range. He was there last year, and managed to make it back again this year. Photo taken at about a mile with my Nikon on 60X, and cropped so it is a little blurry. You still get the idea tho, and see how impressive he really is.

Should be easy to sneak up on that one!! So much mass he can not see a thing. Great photo. Any big muleys running around?

No weather to speak of and roads were really good, only about half of the deer I'm used to seeing. No really big ones, but the usual numbers of 22-24" 4-pts. Saw one coming out on a Wyoming truck that I wouldn't have shot, even on the last day. Bunches of whitetails laying around being lazy now that the season is closed!!!

That's is a awesome ram I have enough points to draw any unit in Utah but all of are sheep are dying of pneumonia in the best units so I will wait a few years. But thanks for the picture.

What a dandy!

I wonder which side of the road he migrates down from as to what unit he is out off.

These type Wyoming Rams are great.

Blank ~~ when ya just going to move to Dubois? haha

Robb-

I mentioned that to the wife, but her reply was "It'll be a cold day in he_ _ ", before she moves to 7000 ft. elevation from our present 5000' home town. Guess I'm stuck with the 3 hour drives! :)
