It's that time of year fellas, I've been out alittle bit after the dogs, but the gloves come off starting sunday morning. time to get serious, $50 bounty and that much or more for the hides? Hell, I might be able to make enough to pay for a hunt next year. I'm damn excited and can't wait to get some coyotes running in.

Called in my first pack of the year just last monday, we were helping some Florida boys on a deer hunt in wyoming and just driving around saw almost a dozen. Anyhow, saw 3 dogs on the right side of the road, jumped out, they took off but a straggler was on the left side, the 300 win mag did the rest. Grabbed my foxpro, ran up to the ridge, played pup in distress and got the other 3 to come sprinting back in. Missed and easy 150 yard shot. oh well, not next time!

Let's get out there and get'em!

I have never sold a coyote hide before. Who do you sell them too? How much do they go for? I got one yesterday and hopefully more to come. Thanks

You need to put them up correctly to get top dollar for them. Best way to learn is to get with an experienced trapper to show you how it's done.

.....and you'll earn every cent you sell them for.

Coyotes are easy to put up!!! Can skin a WARM coyote in under 10 minutes and only takes 30 minutes to flesh and put them up right. Avg $60 a yote last year. Well worth the time to put them up. Helps pay for gas and buying extra equipment. Here's a few I put up so far this year. Still have half a dozen in the freezer I need to do. Sorry for the poor picture quality.
