There's lots of options in caliber for the AR platform...
The 300 blackout would be nice if you could legally have a can as you can shoot sub sonic ammo..
If yer looking for a little more punch with an AR the 6.8SPC would be better.. Better yet the 6.5 Grendel is about as good as you can get in the AR15 platform...
