well we now have multiple sightings of a pair of wolves and one person hearing howls around kentry ridge area between colville and lake roosevelt in stevens county. seems to me like a breakaway pair thats about to be a new pack. unfortunately this is right in the middle of my primary hunting area. we have a couple small isolated pockets of elk around here, and the wolves have most recently been seen and heard right in the vicinity of one of the elk spots. damn
