Scientists believe it's a combination of higher temperatures, parasites such as brain worm and ticks, disease and increased deer numbers as well as changes in where moose forage for food as temperatures warm up".


Could this also be why moose are dying in the west? I know moose in Utah and other states have been seeing a steady decline over the past 10 years. Does anyone know of these types of studies being conducted or looked into out west?
