I've heard that a few people have had their cards charged for bear tags. Can anybody confirm?

I know who drew the non-res San Juan fall bear. He txted me and asked if I drew and I said no, just another point. He then let me know he got it. He's one of those lucky ones, he's drawn a prime permit each of the last three years (mtn goat, moose and now bear).

He didn't say how many points he had and I didn't ask. With only one permit given out no guaranteed permit but, I suspect he had close to max. Last year 5 was max.
