Calling coyotes today and drew a blank on dogs , spotted some hogs working the creek bottom and slipped in on them. The 22-250 did it's job at 80 yards. This size is perfect for eating....

As much as I'd like to shoot some pigs I am dreading the day they show up in western Colorado.
 
Bean man you don't want them to show up, I enjoy hunting pigs but this is also on my turkey spot and they are tearing up the area .. Hopefully we get some more rain to get the grass and brush to grow or I will have to relocate my spots I like to turkey hunt... They have literally plowed up big tracks of ground and going unchecked they can destroy areas quickly .... Just ask a Texan they are exploding there and in the south...
