Who's Hunting Bear this Year?

Just wondering who's hunting bear this spring? I've never hunted them. Was talking with the wife the other night about someday hunting them in western Wyoming. What are the chance of turning one up without the use of bait or dogs? Just by glassing???

never hunted them in wyoming but love hunting them in idaho every year! can bait use dogs and lots of bears

+1. Bear and Idaho go hand in hand. Lots of bear and can hunt every year over the counter tags. We go every May and have a blast. We spot and stock with great success. Great state, great hunt and in the spring when there is nothing else to hunt. Always one of our favorite hunts!!!

I'll have to look into the price for Idaho and see what I can learn about where to go. I have no idea. My wife wants to hunt and shoot something bad. That might be a good hunt for her.
