Here's one taken on the very first day. Its a non resident who hunted one of my old baits that I liked when I used to hunt bears each year before it went to a limited entry unit.
I really thought I would draw that same tag this year, but good ole Utah gave only two baiting tags in the unit I wanted to hunt and opened it up to rifle hunters to boot!
Anyway I told this kid where I thought he should go and here's the bear he took on his first day.
