These pics are from my Spring bear killed with Hightopoutfitters! If you are looking for a good bear hunt using hounds give them a call. These guys work hard and have some great hounds.
I am stoked that my son (who is in the bottom pic with me), drew this same tag this year! I hope.we have another pic like this one in the next few months. Good luck to all who drew!

That's an awesome bear Muleyhunter! Congratulations and good luck on your sons hunt. I too will be hunting bears come May.

What gun is that? Looks like an ol' timer with some history and stories to tell

Thanks! I am very happy with this bear. I used my grandpas old 30-30 he left me before he died. It's got many stories, I just wish he was still around to tell them. Wouldn't it be great if the gun could tell the stories?
What unit will you be hunting this spring?

Congrats on a great bear. I shot my mountain lion with my grandpas (now mine) 32 special.

My son will hopefully use this same gun for his spring bear hunt!

I am still on the time out chair for Utah bear as I drew a tag a couple of years ago. So I am hunting in Canada this year. Will be my first bear hunt north of the border.

Chaco, Canada would be a blast! Good luck up there.
This is a Boar. Not sure of his age.
There was a bigger track than his I the area so I am hoping that Bear shows himself and my son can get him.
