Idaho spring bear

We're thinking about heading to Idaho for spring bear spot n stalk. Looking for advice from someone who has done this in the past. Is there places to pull a trailer and camp? I've hunted wolves up there a few years back and we spent a lot time walking old logging roads and glassing, I'm thinking this would be similar?

Excellent idea. Challis/Salmon areas or even further North are good places to look. Lots of places to camp in the Forest, 14 day limits and you have to move. People don't realize how much ground you can cover and glass off old logging roads and clear cuts. Not for the faint of heart or out of shape.
