I've said for years that ANY CWMU tag should cost a person their Bonus Points. Draw it, lose your points (like now). Buy it, lose your points. Given it, lose your points. Its an LE tag, it has to cost you LE bonus points. No wait period for purchased or gifted CWMU tags, so they can be purchased...

I can see where being in the Pumpkin Patch is definitely an issue, but I'm getting closer... It doesn't take too long to cut a couple hundreds yards off and I've definitely never shot that far at an animal. Of course, If this is some kind of cross canyon thing, maybe I'm slinging lead...

I'd say there will be some number changes. For your elk hunt, I'd guess a guy or two ahead of you might switch to a rifle tag based on rifle hunt numbers from last year, but a couple guys here and there won't have much impact overall. I think it'll have more impact on LE deer and general deer...
