LAST EDITED ON Jun-05-17 AT 00:13AM (MST)[p]Well thank you. I tried. Finding the right pieces of wood takes hours of hiking around. Especially for the second side. Matching it up is the hardest part. I kept redoing parts that I didn't like. But it came together good enough for me.
I've done...
I always wanted a set of antlers with attributes as large as some of the best bucks ever taken. Obviously I couldn't find any like this so I made my own out of wood.
41 1/2 wide. 293 non typical, 242 typical frame.
The photoshop job onto a mount isn't the best but it works for me.
Here is some info on the deer.

43.5 outside spread. And I say a few cheaters because almost any deer that scores over 300 has gobs of cheaters. They usually look like cedar trees. My guess is the frame alone scores between 235 and 245. The mundy buck frame is around 237 or 239.
LAST EDITED ON May-30-17 AT 11:56PM (MST)[p]This buck in incredible in ever way! Probably the buck I'd take over any other.
Scores over 300 with only a few small cheaters.
There is a buck shot in pine valley utah that has a lot of mass and scores around 300. Its not in the books because it has a broken skull plate. It also has one of the largest frames on record.
