It looks like the new no scope rule on ML's has made a difference for these tags. They are letting out of state kids buy them now, and they still aren't moving. Are they just going to throw them in the trash? I know some older dudes that would really want these permits, that got shut out...

Are the youth encouragement hunts open for nonresident youth on Wens? In the price chart of the proclamation, it says cow hunts are not issued to nonresidents, and in the encouragement section it lists a price?

Does anyone know where a map is for the new L Bar WMA?

They started getting hunted on Sept 1, and there is something going on until mid Jan.

A cow can me shot on every single elk hunt in unit 34.

There is plenty of time to worry about open sites. With the current draw odds, probably have a good 5-10 years.

They will shoot at 300 yards with open sights, but not sure how effects they will be.

Rifle odds just got even more difficult.

When is the final judgement on this?
