    Vernon mule deer scouting

Just drive around until u see some dish*ts wearing flatbrims and kuiu gear in a diesel truck with tines up stickers and toy antlers hanging on the mirror. The deer should be running out in front of them. Always stop and say hi to them cowboys. They might share their monster drink or coors light.

    FUTURE OF HUNTING!

Best learn how to fish; big game hunting has no future. At least not a future for the average person.

    Beaver Deer Unit

They said let's make the whole state limited entry; easier to manage. Hunters will still get to hunt every other year they said. Right now it's upwards of 3-years for a bad GS permit. We should let anyone over the age of 6 apply for big game permits. That way daddy can try to out do the other...

So I will add the 99th comment on this subject... "I don't know what needs to change, but something does...". This sounds like a great management philosophy. Maybe nothing needs to be done and let the drought run its course. If your seeing doe's with fawns, something is breeding them...

    Mystery ranch vs kuiu

Since your not trying to save weight I suggest the MR. Just a tough simple pack that will carry as much weight as ya can handle. The Kuiu is a nice pack too, but I worry about long term durability. The MR will hold its resale value better than the Kuiu. With that said; I certainly wouldn't turn...

    Mystery ranch vs kuiu

As a general pack or for a fly in hunt? I have one of each. How much weight do you plan to carry?

SO what do you do with "Transparency"?

Define success and the measurement thereof?

may want to research who the Ford Foundation supports. It might surprise folks.

    Parker Plateau Antelope

For the most part you can do most scouting or glassing from the roads. They aren't hard to find. A good one might be a bit of a challenge.

    Rhino 750

Pro?s: you don't need to carry a radio and a gps with Onyx capability, lots of mounting options, some cool measuring applications, and all the other gps advantages. Cons: price, weight, radio isn't better than a $75 Motorola talk-about, battery specific, battery drain even with power saving...

    Seeing bucks!?

You obviously didn't glass enough if ya walked 26 miles

    Kuiu Icon Pro

I have one of the smaller packs and it works. I wouldn't pay full MSRP for it. Find a used one on rokslide or archery talk. If looking to pay full retail might as well buy a mystery ranch or kifaru and get twice the pack.

Time to end the point system

Discrimination against the youth?? You gotta he high!! If anything hunters between 19-62 are discriminated against. It's a pretty easy fix; quit letting youth apply for LE permits until they are 16yo, extend the waiting period; if you draw a LE permit of any kind your on the bench for 3 years...
