What are those little trail marker signs with either blue or white arrows? Look like BLM signs. Wouldn't think they would be in there if you can't access it

I take info from Eastmans with a grain of salt. I enjoy their magazine but but some of their info on hunting units is a little off I think. That being said I know 16 is a quality unit. My biggest concern is hunting pressure.
