I agree with the above, all of the big box stores should have solar panels before BLM land is used for solar projects, those areas are already ruined in the case of wildlife habitat. Cover outdoor parking lots in city's and put solar on top of those structures.

@letmgetbig I am genuinely curious how you think limited quota for residents is going to bring back the deer herd. Biologists claim pregnancy rates 95+ %. I believe getting fawns to 1 year old is the biggest hurdle. I think predators are a big problem, lots of bears, mtn. lions and coyotes...

What do you think the solution to recover the mule deer herd is?

Grizzly Bears and wolves are both very far from the biggest issue Region G mule deer face. Coyotes, mountain lions and black bears killing fawns are a big issue hunters can help with. . This is all false, it's not Non-resident or Resident hunters who are at fault for the mule deer population decline in Western Wyoming. If predator populations were knocked down and if the weather cooperated the mule deer herds would increase.
