I've had a lot of experiences similar to this when just trying to close on a buck to get pics or video footage. I experienced a sneaking buck doing a low crawl a couple of times as well- amazing both times as the buck thought he was successful- and in a way he was- both instances camera failed...

Many years ago, I stepped out of my truck to photograph a nice buck. He actually came toward me, with ears lowered. About that moment, another buck that was behind me that I was not aware of blew past me, right past my shoulder to get away! I didn't realize I was in the middle! :eek: ;)

Not really so weird, but how many "one points" has anyone encountered- I've seen spikes lots of times, but this was my first 1x0! :eek: ;)

The biggest I've seen posted (northern Cal buck).

Right beam: 3 point/Center beam: 6 point (growing out back of his head)/Left beam: 6 point
