I dont disagree with that at all. O think that there is a big difference between giving advise and just telling someone where a good spot is.

Who knows. I've talked to a few people and they have said that it is a good unit, but no way to know for sure until you get out there.

Personally I asked for help getting started hunting near the end of last season and I got some good responses. Personally I try to make sure that I always respond to people so the thread doesn't go dead. I still talk to one of the more helpful people from that thread and might have gone hunting...

I drew tags this year for unit 14 FAD in Oct 19-23. Was looking to see if anyone else drew tags that wanted to team up.

Thanks for the advice so far. After I posted this I remembered that I am part of a gun club so I sent out some feelers there too.

Anyone have advice on finding people to hunt with. I am just getting into hunting and I have zero experience so going alone is a bad idea. I dont have a license yet and I dont plan to get one till next year as it is so late in the season. What I would like to do is find some people to go with as...
