    Mule Deer Proposal

Two weeks is plenty if you are dedicated enough. I am fortunate that I have enough pto take to take off 5-9+ days to hunt, it’s all about your decisions and priorities. If most archers only hunt five days let’s just make two five day archery seasons and reduce the pressure on the herds even more.

    Mule Deer Proposal

You lost me right here. This must be coming from an archery group who wants the cake and be able to eat it too. One month broke into two seasons or extended is plenty when you want to cut everyone else to five days. You want to hunt rutting bucks with a bow, do it on the extended.

    Scouting Snacks

Bacon is all I use now, another thing that I do is get the slicer out and slice it all up before bagging and sealing. Helps it thaw faster and no need to get a knife out.

    Helping Our Deer Numbers

What are you @slamdunk some kind of liberal? What does it matter what gun was used in killing 100 deer? Two years ago alfalfa was $400 ton, in a drought nobody had much hay. Why would a rancher just let what little he has be ate up by deer? Did he have this problem in years past or is this a new...

What are you using for a sight?

    Final Muzzleloader Scope Committee Recommendation

Care to clarify? My understanding is a COR is required for ANY crossbow use no matter the season. Then obviously the rule I posted about fixed or magnified scopes.

    Final Muzzleloader Scope Committee Recommendation

I’m not an archery guy at all but I don’t know of any newer crossbows that don’t have a scope.

What were these three individuals using for sights on said xbows?

    Final Muzzleloader Scope Committee Recommendation

False, if you dig deep enough, the crossbow COR is only for ALW tags. I have emails from Director Shirley stating as much.
