I am new to Cheyenne and have only deer hunted one year out here. Last year I was looking in to hunting Camp Guernsey, but it was last minute and I didn't fill out the permit papers and just found some walk-in to hunt instead. I am tempted to try it this year, but I have never talked to anyone...

Once I find out if I drew my cow tag for 38 I will let ya know where I usually see them. If you are looking to hunt the Sierra's, I will be of no help though, have never been there.

Re-read your post, and I am an idiot. I get what you are saying now. I see a lot of moose in 38. Watched 5 Bulls chase a cow around during my elk hunt up there.

Aren't units 38 and 41 in the snowies? I hope so, because I applied for moose unit 38. Elk units 38 and 41 are in the bighorns.

Can anybody help me out with what the laws are pertaining to using a treestand in a wilderness area. Are they even allowed? If they are allowed, I assume a person would need to use climbing sticks instead of screw in steps. What about a ground blind? Can I put up a ground blind before season...

Just curious who has been seeing any muley drops yet. I have been after the herd pretty good with my sled, and have only seen a couple bucks with one side. I just hope they stick around long enough to drop on my area.

Can you post the information about the season, or lack thereof. I am from a part of wyoming hathas no season, so it really doesn't matter to me, but I read an article just a few days ago about how Nevada approved a shed antler season in March of 2014. Awesome shed by the way.
